Responsibilities: Lead and supervise account teams on various financial assignments, including due diligence and internal control; Liaise with clients on all accounting related matters and ensure quality of deliverables; Training support to junior accountants; Provide guidance and direction to the accounting teams to ensure consistency in the application of accounting policies and practices; Provide interpretations, analysis and recommendations to facilitate clients’ management decision making; Other ad hoc assignments. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree major in Accounting or Finance, overseas learning experience is preferred; Qualified accountant, preferably with a CPA or ACCA qualification; Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience; 5 years in management position and big 4 audit experience is an added advantage; Strong knowledge of PRC and international accounting standards, experience in US GAAP is a plus; Good knowledge of PRC accounting, tax laws and regulations; Must have uncompromising integrity with excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills; Passionate and positive with teamwork spirit; Good command of English and Chinese; Proficiency in MS Office and Accounting System such as Kingdee, MS Dynamic etc. TMF also provides great opportunity of internship for fresh graduates who majors in accounting, finance or related discipline
